  3. 2. Quality • Video reel (samples to wedding planners and individuals in DVD or by email). • Video camera: JVC GY-HD250U (below) (QTY: 3). • Shoot in high definition or blue ray. • Movie quality with editing.

  4. 3. Culture and Experience • Accommodating and professional customer service. • 10 years of experience on video shooting.

  5. Weaknesses 1. Reputation • Hard to build up the reputation of a new company. 2. Overload • Fall behind on accounting. 3. Internal Capabilities • Only one wedding per day since one wedding needs at least 3 cameras.

  6. 4. Deadlines and Pressures - 2 weeks to edit and produce the final product. - Refund if we cannot finish product within deadline.

  7. Opportunities 1. Market Development • As technology progresses, people are wanting something better to remember their wedding. 2. Competitors’ Vulnerabilities • Not a lot of competition in terms of level of quality.

  8. 3. Industry or Lifestyle Trend • Newly weds are getting younger. • Wanting more technology-driven weddings. • Share their memories in a more trendy way.

  9. Threats 1. Market Demand (Seasonality) • Shortage in demand between November and February (non-wedding season). • Cannot sustain the market demand during high season (internal capabilities).

  10. Solutions 1. Overload • Assign one partner as office manager to organize the accounts. • 2. Shortage in Market Demand • Focus on other functions instead of weddings between November and February, e.g. birthdays, concerts. • 3. Internal Capabilities • Need more financial capital to sustain it.
