Sea Turtles Sea turtles are endangered. They eat jellyfish, Seaweed and other small animals. Some animals that eat Turtles are Seagulls, crabs and others. Turtles are a little bit smaller then your fist when they hatch. The baby Turtles hatch and go to the sea as fast as they can to escape from the predators. some turtles can live up to about150 years old ( they can live for more time then humans! ). 3
Life cycleof a turtle The baby turtle will hatch from the egg and go into the ocean as fast as it can. If the nest is hot it will be a girl, if it’s cold it will be a boy and if the weather is normal (medium) half the eggs will be boys and half girls. The female turtle lays the eggs. When it’s big it will lay eggs if it’s a girl. When the turtle gets into the water it just grows, eats, protects, grows, eats, protects… 4
