CSPR/EDFacts Post-mortem • EdFacts data were due Thursday, February 13 by 5:00 ET • CSPR were due Friday, February 14 by 5:00 ET • Any thoughts about this year’s process? • Was it more difficult? Easier? • Is there anything the data team should provide to coordinators before the next submission?

  5. Use of Title I Funds & Conference Meals • Topic has come up from a couple of coordinators • ED’s position is that • Title I funds should not be used for breakfast and dinner, but may be used for lunch • When using per diem for conference meals, consider need to: • ensure that the conference is aligned with the State plan • advise the program that they should only use Title I funds for the conference expense if no other funds are available • be prepared to justify the expense if audited by ED • Any experience to share or something to add?
