AC 10 Challenges Integration of French as CFACC Deployment of NATO Secret network (US BICES) Integration of US/NATO systems (ICC, TBMCS) Mixing of business processes (e.g. targeting) Multiple Security levels CTF C2 on BICES, but many US elements (and business processes) on SIPR Multiple Cross-Domain solutions required: Mod & Sim Tracks (COP, RAP, etc.) Collaboration (email, chat, & web) Imagery and Intel (Exercise Data) Will expand US BICES presence

At The End of The Day… • USEUCOM: • Builds partnerships to enhance regional stability • Strengthens NATO’s collective defense • Support global operations • Builds professional relationships • Increases Joint Multinational communications interoperability • Recommendations: • Continue with CWID/CWIX for interoperability testing of US sys of record • Utilize CE as another interoperability proving ground w/ US sys of record Stronger Together –Enabling nations to rapidly deploy with interoperable C4 capabilities in support of multinational crisis response operations
