Strengthened a culture of open dialogue and collaboration within the board Helped the board become more adaptable and open to continuous learning

Sunanda Rangarajan Association for Sustainable Community Development Began in November 2022 Cohort 2 Enhanced board capacity, advocated for regular meetings, and, organized exposure sessions Recruited a senior C suite from finance background Secured Rs. 50,00,000 benefiting 273 tribal women with interest-free microloans through fundraising Continue to spearhead efforts to expand support to neighbouring districts through the "Wings to Fly" project. Established training centers benefitting 80 tribal women

  4. Mohana Seetharaman Red Dot Foundation Began in July 2023 Cohort 3 Establishment of departmental processes Defined output of each process Clear defiinition of roles that own each process Improved governance of each process
