CMMI Consulting Services • We provide CMMI consulting services for CMMI DEV v 1.3 and CMMI SVC v 1.3 • Indicium only deploys full-time in-house consultants for the projects • Consultants deployed are highly qualified in their areas of expertise, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience • Consultants possess international exposure relevant to the area of the consultancy • We deploy full-time in-house consultants for the projects

CMMI Consulting – Areas of Involvement • Indicium provides consulting on the basis of the business requirements of the client, legal and statutory requirements (if any) • We are involved from start to end in the CMMI Journey of the customer and provide the services • Understand the business requirements of the customer • Understand the legal and statutory requirements of the business area • Understand the current process of the customer • Conduct Gap – Analysis of the current processes against the CMMI Model • Provide a detailed report of the Gap – Analysis conducted • Create / Upgrade the documentation in-line with the CMMI model • Indicium provides the necessary training of the upgraded process and CMMI model • Facilitate implementation of the new / upgraded process across the organization • We conduct internal audits for the compliance checks

SCAMPI A – Areas of Involvement • We also provide the following services during CMMI Appraisal / Re-appraisal (SCAMPI A) • Prepare the customer and necessary stakeholders for CMMI readiness reviews • Train the client for the CMMI Appraisal as per their involvement • Prepare the Project Managers and FAR team members for the interview sessions • Provide consultancy for closing any gaps identified by the ATM team during the assessment process • Provide consultancy services for the improvents suggested by the Lead Appraiser as part of the final findings report
