Promotion of Institutional Delivery & Health care • Nutrition and health among children, adolescent specially girl child, adolescent through counseling • Meeting with CBOs, Awareness raising, Field clinic and also identified 3 delay in pregnancy in which first is decision making at family level, 2nd one is transportation and 3rd one is accesssbility of services. • Health sub centers is one in the project area due to their geographical presence they are quite far from each other. • disadvantage section of the society i.e. OBC, SC & STs. • Poor connectivity of communication and roads even transport facility stops by 6 PM in evening. • Electricity both PHC, sub center is in shakable condition, lack of proper assets and trained staff at sub-center is no 24 hours delivery facility on sub-center. • Lack of awareness • Decision makers and Early marriages & early pregnancy • acceptance of contraceptive and mal nutrition
