Aims

This project aims to empower S5/S6 students in remote areas by providing insights into nursing careers. It involves partnerships, mentors, and workshops to encourage participation and address healthcare staff sustainability issues in rural Highlands and Isles. The pilot project offers theory, practice, and social activities, culminating in an evaluation to enhance future practices.
