  1.   DRIVER ANDROID APP - GUIDE       

  2. A. Logging in to the app  B. Driver App Overview  C. Receiving a job  D. Accepting a job    A. Logging into the app      You need to install the ​Infinite Cab​ App from the Google Play Store.            

  3. When you log into the ​driver app for the first time, you will have to                               create an account for you by listing out the following details.    1. Your desired username    2. Your full name      3. Password.     4. Mobile Number    5. Password    6. Re-enter Password    Press “Submit” and you will be redirected to the next page where you                           can complete the registration process by filling out the following data.     

  4.     1. Country  2. Your full address  3. E-mail  4. An alternative mobile number  5. Licence number of your cab  6. Tax Renewal Date  7. Insurance Renewal Date  8. Cab Type  9. Cab Model and  10.Seating capacity.    In the next page, you need to upload the copy of the following                           documents.

  6. 1. Your photo,   2. Driver’s licence and   3. Address proof.     Then you have to provide your bank account details.        1. Account details like bank name  2. Account number  3. Branch code and   4. Swift code.     Now, the procedure for Registration is complete. 

  7.         Upon approval from admin, you will receive a message as shown in                         the screenshot and you can be a part of the network and can login                             from the app.               

  8.   How to go online    Once the approval from the admin is obtained and you have logged  into the app, you need to click “ Go Online” button in the bottom of  the window to go online.    How to find passengers from the app   

  9.       When you are online, a green button will be displayed in the bottom of  the page. By pressing on this button, you can find riders near you.    How can I go offline   

  10.     By clicking on the red button at the bottom right side of the window,  you can go offline.  B. Driver App overview    Once you log in to the Driver App, to the left of the screen, you will see  the following.      1. Future Trips  From the menu in the top left corner, choose “Future Trips”. 

  11.         The trip details of your scheduled trips are shown here. At the  scheduled time, the driver can begin the trip.  From here, you can   

  12. 1. Call Passenger    2. Begin Trip    3. Cancel Trip      2. My Profile    Here, we can edit our personal details.

  14. Here, all passenger requests for trips from your current location  are shown. You can choose which trip you would like to take and  confirm it. Then , further details will be shown in the ‘Future  Trips’ tab.    4. My Profile    All details which has been entered at the time of registration are  displayed here.    5. My Trips     

  15.   All the trips undertaken by the driver during the course of his  tenure with the current company is displayed here along with  the date of journey and fare details.                       

  16. 6. My Earnings        Just like My Trips, all the earnings that the driver accumulated  during his tenure with the organisation is displayed here along  with the date.    7. About Us    You can call Cab Support from here.    8. Log out    If you want to take a break from work, you can log out and go  offline.

  18.   All the details regarding the ride will be known before you accept the  job.    1. Name of the passenger    2. Pick up location    3. Drop location    4. Time of Pick up    5. Contact number of the passenger    You have the option to accept the trip or cancel it.                       

  19.   D. Accepting a job        If you are ready to accept the job , you can click ‘Begin Trip’. You will  be shown the passenger location on the map and once you have driven  down there, you can ring the passenger up.       

  20.       Once the trip is begun, you can navigate with the help of maps and  reach the location.

  22.     After the trip, you will get details of the fare to be taken from the  passenger along with other details like Total Distance, Running  Charge, Discount,Waiting Charge and Waiting Time.
