  2. Public Notification • Public Notice Requirements • EPC Rule 1-3.24, Paragraph 2. General and Relocatable Permits. • Facility must pick up and post the sign within 5 days of submitting notification to EPC, and the sign must remain posted for 30 days, or for the duration of the operation if it is less than 30 days.

  3. Visible Emissions Tests EPC RULE 1-3.52, VISIBLE EMISSIONS • 20% Hillsborough County-All Sources • 5% Hillsborough County-Material Handling Sources • Annual VE requirement for all permitted sources subject to this section or Rule 62-296.320(4)(b)1., F.A.C.
