  2. COMO PERSONA • CONFIABLE: transparencia; honestidad, eficiencia. La confianza se logra con la conducta coherente a lo largo del tiempo; con los clientes, con los proveedores, los con socios, patrones o empleados; con la comunidad donde se vive. • ESTUSIASTA: “ponerse la camiseta”, ser positivo, aportar ideas • CON SENTIDO COMÚN: el menos común: escuchar, ubicarse; asumir que nos vamos a equivocar. “Asumir que toda persona nueva es incompetente

COMO PROFESIONAL • Descubrir la vocación por la actividad en general, por ejemplo la actividad lechera • Tomar contacto con las distintas alternativas que la actividad provee y ver cual de ellas se adapta mas a la forma de ser de uno • Investigación: descubrir lo que se debe hacer • Docencia: Enseñar lo que se debe hacer • Asesoramiento: Aconsejar lo que se debe hacer. • Administrar: lograr que lo que debe hacer suceda en tiempo y forma
