  2. MACE • A mace has six spiky balls. • The balls are attached to stong chains. • It was also used in the historical battles such as the battle of bosworth.

  3. AXE • As well as being used to cut wood the axe was used to chop people’s heads off this is called an execution. • As well as the Mace the Axe was used in battles as well. • Tudor Axe’s had two blades on them.

  4. SWORD and DAGGER • A Dagger is a mini version of a Sword. • The Daggers handles where more curved. • They where both used in battles.

  5. SPEAR • You can throw Spears. • A guard holds a Spear. • A Spear is used to stab people.

  6. CROSSBOW • A Crossbow has a trigger. • It has an arrow so it could shoot things. • A Crossbow is a bow on it’s side.

  7. CANNON • A Cannon can fire stones as well as cannon balls. • A Cannon is used to protect a castle. • A Cannon is used in battles.

  8. TREBUCHET • Trebuchets can catapult rocks, stones and boulders. • Trebuchets are used in battles. • They are used to protect castles.
