  1. Take-N-Make Thermos By: Henry Campos, Mikaila Moyer and Morgan Walker Mission Statement: To provide comfort, security, and peace of mind to consumers who are in need of a warm drink or meal.

  2. How Does It Work You May Ask? • This thermos isn’t like any other thermos out there. It is a double wall lined, and heat is distributed through a secret design from top to bottom while the outside of the container stays cool. It runs on four AA rechargeable batteries (sold separately), or you can use the adapter that is included and plug it into your vehicle cigarette lighter port. Which will charge your batteries (if re-chargeable). • With a flick of a switch that is located at the bottom of your thermos it instantly heats up your coffee, hot chocolate, soup, etc. • Has a detachable base to make it dishwasher safe, and a collapsible handle to make it user friendly.

  3. Price and Size • There are three sizes available. • 16 oz. -Small sells for $14.99 • 24 oz. -Medium sells for $19.99 • 32 oz. -Large sells for $24.99 • Variety pack which includes one of each size sells for $49.99 • Charger is included • It is available in a Brushed Nickel finish or Classic Black. • You can also purchase a neoprene carrying sleeve for $5.99, in Camouflage, Pink, Red, Blue, Hunter Orange and Black. The sleeve has an area to store your adapter, a handle to easily carry. You can also purchase a magnetic spoon for $1.99 to attach and use with your thermos. • You can purchase our products at area retailers or you can also visit our website at www.takenmakethermos.com or contact us at 1-800-the-rmos (1-800-843-7667). Offering SpongeBob, Hello Kitty, Scooby- do, Dora, Barbie, and photos which can be personalized.

  6. Target Market • Our primary target market is people who enjoy being outdoors such as hunters, campers, hikers, for the person who is always on the go, such as business men /women, and college students. • Our secondary target market will be cold weather workers (beet harvesters, farmers) and outdoor sports enthusiasts. • Take-N-Make Thermos is for the ages between 10-70. • This can also be part of a survival kit for people who travel in cold weather. • This will also make for a great gift for those who don’t want to spend a lot of time and money on making a big lunch.

  7. S. W. O. T. Strengths- Very little competition, affordable, comes in three sizes, two choices of color for thermos, accessory sleeve in a variety of colors, a spoon. Strong demographic in our area because of cold weather. Weaknesses-May be some competition from similar products, with our economy in recession people are spending less. Opportunity- Can find a niche in our area because of cold weather, lots of hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, and people on the go. Threats- Product not selling and failing, competitors’ similar products. Consumers having less discretionary income.

  8. Review • We spoke to several potential consumers and received a very positive response towards this product idea and they all said they would pay an average of twenty to thirty-five dollars for a product like ours.
