The concept of paddy agribusiness is a more modern perspective on paddy farming. The interconnection between subsystems will elevate the cultivation subsystem into a promising job as the core of the agribusiness system. The research wants to determine whether the perception of paddy agribusiness increases the interest of the youth to become paddy farmers. 400 youths who are still in school or college, and are pursuing both agricultural and non-agricultural majors participated in the study in south Borneo. The participantsu2019 ages ranged from 15 to 28. Analysis using binary logit regression.
