Healthy Habits • At INSPIRE ELJ we strive to provide healthy, whole food and well-balanced meals to our children. • We limit the sugar intake in all of our food and eliminate refined and processed foods. • We also introduce and educate our children about food and nutrition, where our food comes from and learning the importance of a healthy diet and being active.
