How to Apply for CA Intermediate Registration (May 2020) ICAI has started New ​CA Intermediate registration​ for May 2020 exam and students can register themselves for May 2020 attempt through the ICAI website by filling the online registration form. CA Inter registration can be made by three schemes: first is the Foundation route, second is the Direct entry route, and third is Provisional registration. Last Date of CA Intermediate May 2020 Attempt 31st August 2019 Eligibility Criteria for CA Inter Registration As you know the registration can be made through three schemes so the eligibility criteria are different for each scheme. Eligibility Criteria for Foundation Route The students who have clear CA Foundation with a minimum of 40 % marks in each and 50 % in aggregate of all the subjects The student who has cleared CPT with a minimum of 40 % marks in each and 50 % in aggregate of all the subjects The student who has already registered for the old scheme (IPCC) and want to convert from the old scheme to the new scheme Eligibility Criteria for Direct Entry Route Commerce stream students who have cleared graduation or post graduation with a minimum of 50 % aggregate Other stream students who have cleared graduation or post graduation with a minimum of 60 % aggregate Students who have cleared the Intermediate level of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Eligibility Criteria for Provisional Registration Students who are appearing in graduation final year can apply for registration for CA Intermediate through provisional registration scheme. How to Apply for CA Intermediate Registration Eligible students can apply for CA Intermediate till 31st August 2019 by following these steps – ● Visit ICAI website (icai.org) ● Now will you need to click on “Course Registration Form” (you will find it under “Students” tab) ● On the next page click on “Click here” in the front of “Intermediate Course Registration Form” ● Exiting user can directly login to their account by entering user Id and password ● New users have to create a new account by clicking on “Click here” ● Enter some required details like your Name, DOB, Email address, Mobile number, etc ● After this, you will get an OTP for details verification ● Enter OTP and click on submit ● Now again login to your account and fill other required details.
