REGULATIONS • HOW DO YOU ENFORCE REGULATIONS MEANT TO REDUCE RISK? • Current regulations do not cover risk reduction but instead focus on historical, cultural, environmental, and infrastructure concerns. • DO YOUR MEMBERS UNDERSTAND THE REGULATIONS?
