  3. Basic Informationabout IVF: • The only institution of V4 • Established in 2000 with the seat in Bratislava • Supported until now: over 1,600 projects and over380 scholarships • Annual budget: € 5,000,000 (equal contributions of V4 countries) 3

  8. Basic Grant Conditions: • Having a “Visegrád” topic • Cooperation ofsubjects from at least 3 V4 countries • Securing at least 50% of the project’s budget from other sources • Not being a state-funded organization(e.g. NGOs, municipalities, private companies) 8

  9. How to apply for a grant? Have a V4-related idea? Found partners in the V4 countries? Fill in the Application form Attach letters from the co-organising and/or co-financing institutions Attach copies of founding or registration documents and statutes 9

Small Grants • 2008 Budget: € 512,000 • Deadlines: March 1, June 1, September 1, December 1 • Cooperation of at least 3of the V4 countries • Contractual period: max. 6 months • Supported amounts: up to € 4,000 (covering max. 50% of the total budget) E-mail applications:smallgrants@visegradfund.org 10
