Basic Grant Conditions: • Having a “Visegrád” topic • Cooperation ofsubjects from at least 3 V4 countries • Securing at least 50% of the project’s budget from other sources • Not being a state-funded organization(e.g. NGOs, municipalities, private companies) 8
