Bring your K-9’s dressed in Halloween attire to the 1 st Annual Howl N’ Prowl Dog Costume Parade meeting at Rockwell Park near Amphitheater. Dogs will walk around the park in costume and prizes will be awarded to the best dog costumes!. Thursday October 24 th 6-7:30pm.
