History First Cohort Second Cohort Training in Austin: December 11 - 12, 2012 Consisted of six mentors and eightmentees Three CAMP mentees with 2 mentors Five HEP mentees with 4 mentors Training in Phoenix: March 8 -9, 2012 • Consisted of five mentors and eight mentees. • Two HEP mentees with 2 mentors • Six CAMP mentees with three mentors

  3. Proposed schedule for Cohort 3 • July 2013 Announcement of application process and criteria for Mentor Initiative.

  4. Proposed schedule for Cohort 3 * July 23, 2013 • Applications will be made available on the HEP-CAMP website. • OME will announce the availability of applications and due date through the listserv.

  5. Proposed schedule for Cohort 3 • August 13, 2013 • OME announces selected participants. • Congratulatory letter will contain logistical information.

  6. Proposed schedule for Cohort 3 • Training held in Washington, DC • New Directors Orientation: All-day, Tuesday,  September 10 and half-day, September 11. • Mentor Training:  Half-day, September 11 and all-day, September 12.

  7. Proposed schedule for Cohort 3 November 2013 Mentor-Mentees submit action plans Action Plan for HEP-CAMP

  8. Proposed schedule for Cohort 3 December 2013 through May 2014 Mentors travel to mentee site OR Mentees travel to mentor site

  9. Proposed schedule for Cohort 3 May – June 2014 • Report on survey of Cohort 3 teams
