  2. What is the eligibility criterion for Indian Patent Agent Exam Training?   3. What is the pattern and structure of Patent Agent Examination? The examination is divided into three sections that include: • Part I:40 objective type questions of 1 mark each and descriptive type questions of 60 marks • Part II:This paper incorporates a set of 2 questions which is meant specifically for aspirants from different streams (i.e. Science & Engineering).
