  3. What is the pattern and structure of Patent Agent Examination? The examination is divided into three sections that include: • Part I:40 objective type questions of 1 mark each and descriptive type questions of 60 marks • Part II:This paper incorporates a set of 2 questions which is meant specifically for aspirants from different streams (i.e. Science & Engineering).
