Asking the way • “Excuse me, can you tell me the way to the Shakespeare Museum, please ?“ Diese Frage verwendest du, wenn du nach bestimmten, benannten Gebäuden fragst (St Paul‘s Cathedral, Queen‘s Park, …) • “Excuse me, where’s the nearest supermarket, please?” Diese Frage brauchst du, um nach dem nächstgelegenen Supermarkt, der nächsten Apotheke, etc. zu fragen
Asking the way- Attention - • Formuliere die Fragen immer mit „Excuse me, ……….., please?“ – das ist höflicher • Verwechsle ‚nearest‘ nicht mit ‚next‘ !!!the nearest supermarket, the nearest station,…. – örtlich (das am nächsten gelegene)the next train, the next tour of the town,.. – zeitlich (das nächste)
