Case -1 • Citizen books a complain. (Application Form) • Junior Engineer (JE) - (Designated Officer) receives the complain. (Acknowledgement Form- FORM-1) • JE assigns the job to Self Employed Mechanic (SEM)/Repair Team (Form-B) • SEM / Repair Team rectify the problem and reports to JE. (Form-C) • JE reports to Citizen. Case-2 Citizen books a complain. (Application Form) Junior Engineer (JE) - (Designated Officer) receives the complain. (Acknowledgement Form-FORM-1) JE assigns the job to Self Employed Mechanic (SEM)/Repair Team.(Form-B) SEM/Repair Team reports JE regarding the problem and requests for support (Form-D) JE inspects and reports the problem to Assistant Engineer (AE) and BDO mentioning the support required by SEM/Repair Team. (Form-E) Block Development Office and AE, RWS&S provides the assistance required by JE like Mobile Van, Manpower, purchase of material). JE provides the assistance to SEM / Repair team. SEM rectifies the problem and reports to JE. (Form-C) JE reports to Citizen. Process flow of Hand Pump Repair
Case-3 (In case of replacement) Citizen books a complain. (Application Form) Junior Engineer (JE) - (Designated Officer) receives the complain. (Acknowledgement Form-FORM-1) JE assigns the job to Self Employed Mechanic (SEM)/Repair Team.(Form-B) SEM/ Repair Team reports JE regarding the problem and requests for support. (Form-D) JE inspects and reports the problem to Assistant Engineer (AE) and BDO mentioning the (Form-E) AE inspects and reports to Executive Engineer (EE) and BDO mentioning the support (like replacement by a new one).
