Program Implementation • Parent/Guardians MUST be involved in the child’s educational tract decision. • Develop a standard assessment to be provided to students beginning in the 6th grade to measure; • Scholastic aptitude, • Technical knowledge. • Based off the 8th grade assessment, students will be recommended to follow either the Academic or CTE tract.

9. Program Implementation (Continued) • Education plans, listing the educational goals will be provided to the student and parent/guardian, based off the 8th grade assessment. • Correspond options to assessed education patterns to parents/guardians and students. • Evaluate student progress mid-way through each academic year until graduation. • After graduation, if academic and CTE track students need further remedial courses, refer them to community colleges.
