SNAKES. By Alex Slaughter. A snakes body never stops growing. A Timber rattlesnake molts 3 or 4 times a year. An African Rock python can easily kill an antelope. Many snakes have more than 200 teeth. Some snakes have more than 1000 bones.

  2. A snakes body never stops growing. A Timber rattlesnake molts 3 or 4 times a year.

  3. An African Rock python can easily kill an antelope. Many snakes have more than 200 teeth.

  4. Some snakes have more than 1000 bones. • There are about 2700 kinds of snakes.

  5. Most snakes eat about 30 meals a year. • Snakes eat mice, rats, bunnies and insects.
