  1. Gender and Development program 1. Gender Policy and Code of Conduct: Gender policy designed and implemented in 94 projects. 2.Policy of sexual harassment at workplace: Implemented in 24 district offices of the organisation with more than 1600 professional staff and more than 3500 small and medium organization.

  2. Gender and Development program 3. Gender Advocacy Campaign: 42 events were organised as part of advocacy campaign which were attended by 5175 participants. 4. Behaviour Change & Communication (BCC) strategy:17222 awareness raising session were conducted in this context with participation of more than 0.4 million. 84935 units of BCC material were disseminated and 10 FM radio campaigns, 15 Focus Group Discussions and 32 Interactive theatres were conducted in this context.

  3. Gender and Development program • Economic Rehabilitation of Gender Based Violence Survivors: Rehabilitation of 400 women of survivors of gender based violence is in process. 6. Gender sensitization training for Professionals During 2011-2012, 12 trainings were conducted and 340 professionals were trained from public, private and non profit sector.

  4. Gender and Development program Gender sensitization session (short) 132 gender awareness raising session were conducted during 2011-2012 and 3952 participants of these short sessions, on gender issues, were sensitized using this model. Women Mobilization and Leadership Training 110 trainings were conducted on Women Mobilization and Leadership and over all 3308 participants were trained.
