Le Problème C’est un problème majeur de santé publique: Des effets indésirables (sévères) liés aux médicaments s’observent dans 6% des séjours hospitaliers entraînant au moins 10 000 décès en France (98 000 aux USA) • Le Challenge: proposer des méthodes innovantes destinées à contextualiser l’information et les alertes. a PSIP Project number: 216130 Jouréne ORTIS

Le Projet: Projet de Recherche (7° PCRDT – IST) • Etat actuel de la science (AMIA 07) • Les systèmes d’aide à la prescription ne sont vraiment efficaces que liés à des systèmes d’aide à la décision et à des banques d’information • La gestion des alertes est excessivement complexe. • Objectifs • Mieux recenser et connaître les effets indésirables liés aux médicaments dans le contexte hospitalier • Contextualiser la prescription (Systèmes d’aide à la décision pondérés) PSIP Project number: 216130 Jouréne ORTIS
