All comments will be responded to in the Final EIS. • Final EIS – Late 2007?

EPA/Guam EPA/DOD Memorandum of Agreement • Separate initiative from Civilian/Military Task Force • High Level of long term DOD commitment sought on coordination for sustainable development on Guam • Three Environmental Forums with DOD held on Guam since 2005, leading to the draft Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) • Awaits more input from DOD, Government of Guam and other Federal Agencies
