Authorizing or using a public position to secure a public contract or investment of public funds in any security that benefits the member, a family member, or business associate.

Awards Discussion and Approval Beavercreek Township This loan request is for the purchase of P-25 Radio Equipment to migrate to the State of Ohio MARCS system to implement a county-wide, 6-site, 10-channel, simulcast P-25 radio system. • Amended project partners • Dropping Wright State University and Jefferson Township • Adding Green County and Beavercreek City • Increasing loan amount from $197,000 to $465,000 due to project scope increase.
