History of the Company • The idea started in 1996 and carried out in 1999. • Main goals: • Quick and fun service with South Louisiana reminiscent • Awesome Southern Louisiana Foods • A bar when friends can hang out with frozen hurricanes • After 14 years of hard work, there are now five successful locations Houston.

  5. Monica Levitz and Wendy Zhao My Boss and I… Typical Day of Work and Job Description: Arrive at Monica’s office, and assignments are given for me to finish as much as I can before leaving. A lot of paper work filing or packaging! Sometimes go out to restaurants and have fun! If I have a degree in business, I would mainly use it in marketing. For example, I will help advertise the company’s products using my public relation skills and keep myself up to date in the social network to help travel the word. Job Requirements: Degree in Communication/Journalism -or- Degree in Business Marketing

Job Experience • My favorite on the job experience is using my camera and following Monica to see the people she interviews for job positions. • From this job experience I have learned many marketing skills. For example, I looked up food holidays, and searched for websites that had the company’s name on it and what people commented about the quality of the restaurant. • This job has given me such a great impression since I’m interested in the arts and the business. It’s career that I want to consider. • I will remember everything I have learned from my job because these are unique marketing skills that I may not want to forget. • This experience will help in the future because I will understand the importance when learning about it in class and how to apply it.
