Gliwice, 29th of May 2006 Innovative Silesian Cluster for Clean Coal Technologies Project MOVECBM Monitoring & verificationof CO2 storage and ECBM in Poland • Experimental test sites for Monitoring and Verification of CO2Storage withEnhanced Coal Bed Methane • Development of tools to study the long term behaviour of CO2in CBM reservoirs as well as to prove storage integrity The main objective of the work is to prove reliability and safety, in the long term, of the CO2 stored in ECBM and to provide the R&D necessary to have a basis for monitoring, measurement and verification leading to guidelines for site certification and broadly accepted standards.
