  1. Born on: 19 May 1941 Studied in Raffles Institution Education Childhood Mr Goh Chok Tong • He holds a master's degree from Williams College in Massachusetts. He has a twin son and daughter: Goh Jin Theng, who is with her husband, Lee Craven in London and Goh Jin Hiana medical doctor while their daughter. I chose Mr Goh Chok Tong because I admire and respect him Accomplishments • On 28 November 1990, Goh became the second Prime Minister of Singapore, taking over from Lee Kuan Yew.
