  2. Requirements • 3% reduction in pay • Not affected by 3% reduction • Employees making less than $2,500 • Overtime • Leave cashouts

  3. Changes: • PS9015 – Removed edit • PS9038 – Add TSR • PS9007 – Calc factors • PG602R – New title & sched parm • PS0325J – New title & sched parm • PS0325A – Reflect decreases • PS0325B – Reflect decreases

  4. Employees earning less than $2,500 • Can copy pay scales • Run PS9102J using Range-Beg parm • Manually update split ranges (ranges with both amounts that do not change and amounts that do change) -OR- • Set up different pay scale

  5. PS9015 – Removed edit

  6. PS9015 – New processing

  7. PG602R Changes • New Title: Auto Pay Rate Update • Added new scheduling parameter: PS0325-INC-DEC

  8. PS0325J Changes • New title: Auto Pay Rate Update • Added option to process pay reduction • Added new scheduling parameter: PS0325-INC-DEC
