  9. Using the Module • Decide lecture • Find on CD or printed version • Open file • Check title page and objective • Instructor checklist for length and equipment • E.g Out of Air lecture:

  10. Using the Module • Bring: • Data projector and laptop or OHP • CD or OHP slides • BLP • FLP • Student handouts • Pony bottle • BC cylinder • Cylinder • Octopus regulator

  11. Using the Module • Reminder to sign Logbooks • Check BLP • Check FLP and research • Find slides • Self present for timing and smooth running • Whole lecture must be completed

  12. Standardised Pool Skills • Standard format • Step by step instructions • Fair examination • Several ways for same skill • Other ways not incorrect • Standard method adopted by CFT • Taught in D* and D** • Copy and use in pool until familiar
