Business case oriented Data-driven Efficient (rapid cycle model vs. traditional QI) Teachable (accessible for all staff) Scalable ( program-agency-community-state-national) A strong vehicle for all QI needs.

    5. A Learning Collaborative to Enhance Retention Encourage person centered/ recovery management approaches and values Increase the utilization of evidence based practices Foster collaboration among providers Encourage a process improvement approach using rapid cycle change

Participant responsibilities: Send key staff to all trainings Attend monthly leadership meetings Engaging in change exercises that apply the NIATx Plan-Do-Study-Act Model to the specific targeted EBPs Maintain and report appropriate data. Ensuring participation of staff at all levels (executive, supervisory and direct care)
