The reimbursement scheme is  60% of [ Cost of equipments for improving the hygiene/food safety                                                            +      cost of technical civil works like flooring,tilings, white wash,etc                                                           +      cost of certifications [from NABCB accredited CBs]                                                           +      cost of training and consultancy for implementing HACCP standards [from NABET approved consultants].                                                           OR        Rs. 25 Lacs which ever is lower [as recommended in 12th five year plan].   6. The scheme is different from other reimbursement schemes The file must be submitted for pre-approval to the ministry before actual expenditure incurred. The following are the important requirements for pre-approval : Income tax returns of the proprietor for previous three years. A copy of permanent SSI Registration or Entrepreneur Memoranda(EM). Quotations of Machinery as suggested by us after the site visit. Quotation of technical civil works as suggested by us after the site visit.  Quotations of Certification body [NABCB accredited] Quotations of Consultant [NABET approved] CONCEPT OF PRE-APPROVAL

  7. Application Gap Analysis/Technical Visit By Aims Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. [To Study/Advise Quotations Of Machinery, Civil Works] Sending Foll. Documents For Pre-approval From Ministry Of Food [Quotations Of Machinery, Technical Civil Works, Income Tax Records & Ssi Certificate] Pre-approval From The Ministry Of Food Processing Actual Cost To Be Incurred After Pre-approval Consultancy By Aims Management Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Certification Audit [Stage I & II By IRQS] Award Of Certification Submission Of Further Documents For Refund/Reimbursement Grant Of Refund/Reimbursement [Max Rs. 25 Lacs] PROCEDURE OF REIMBURSEMENT

All quotations of machinery must be certified by Chartered Engineer [Mechanical] All quotations of technical civil works must be certified by Chartered Engineer [Civil] All financial data should be certified by Chartered Accountant The consultant must be NABET approved The reimbursement is sanctioned on the basis of above check point.
