PREA CENTER FREE POSTCARD PROGRAM 1 • PREA offers 1000 free postcards to each agent for each calendar year (there is a fee for shipping and handling). An additional fee applies for personalization. Twelve designs are available. They must be ordered in increments of 200. Additional quantities can be ordered at an additional charge. • Go to www.Prea.Prudential.com • Enter your user name and password • You should have received a new user name and password in January when PREA Center was revamped. At the bottom of the page, there is section labeled “Online Ordering” – click on the link that says “Order Postcards” • It will cycle through to the Merrill Corporation site for the Prudential Postcard Program. • In the middle of the page, there are snapshots of each postcard. Click on a snapshot to bring up a larger image. • Note: As you finish viewing each postcard, click the back button on the navigation bar to return to the main screen. • Decide which postcards you like and jot down the name of each. • Each postcard is referenced on the order form by the one word at the top of the postcard – the one shown here is referenced as “Creative” • When you’re ready, click on the “CLICK HERE TO START YOUR ORDER” link. 5 6 7 8 9
The next screen asks if you would like to personalize your postcards. • If you select “No”, you will only be charged for shipping and handling (a total of $19 as of 2/07). • When you select “No”, the next screen will tell you the differences between 4-up and Jumbo postcards – just click “Next” since all of the free postcards are Jumbo • If you select “Yes”, you will be charged for the personalization (a total of $52.95 as of 2/07) 10 • Select the postcards you would like. You can order 1,000 of one postcard, or any combination in increments of 200. • Example: If you have a mailing list of 200, you could order 5 postcards and mail each prospect 5 times as part of your overall marketing plan. 11
If you selected “Yes” to Personalization – follow these instructions. • If you selected “No”- skip to #15. Fill in the top part of the form. The last three lines include drop down lists for selecting your three preferred means of contact. This is where you can include your office number, cell number, e-mail address, etc. 12 Once you’ve completed the top portion, scroll down to view the bottom half of the page. At this point, you can select to write your own custom message or use the program’s default message. Click “Next” when you are finished. If your photo is already stored on PREA Center, it will appear at this point. If there is no photo showing, you will need to click on the link to upload your photo. Details on resolution will appear. If necessary, resize your photo and then load it into the system. 13 14
The next screen allows you to enter the shipping and billing information. You will need to enter your credit card information at this point. Complete this information and click next. The final screen will confirm your order and your free postcards will be on their way! 15 16 End
