  3. GCMS Physician Locator Operational issues • no cost to GCMS • no new technology for staff to learn • can operate indefinitely w/o modification • database can feed other projects • page loads in seconds at 28k speed

  4. GCMS Physician Locator • 30 fields of info per doc-- have now • 27 fields become a 3 column 1 row per doc report • ONLY GCMS MEMBERS GET THEIR WEB SITE LISTED • GCMS COLOR IS GREEN • GCMS LOGO ON EACH PAGE • DOC SUPPLIES THE INFO NOT IN PHONE BOOK

  5. format issues • No doc can change their last name, or city, or degree • date updated is set by web server as the day you addressed the update page • all e-mails & web sites are live links • code for a version 3.0 browser & 14” screen • database can be framed and on another server but look like it is a natural part of GCMS site • data table for all the Ozarks not just Greene County
