  2. Introduction • The RiskMeter Online is usually used for single addresses • Companies often need to run schedules or “batches” • The RiskMeter Online Batch Tool allows companies to run schedules themselves

Benefits • Eliminate the time and effort to enter multiple addresses and copy results • Allows easy analysis • No human intervention required by CDS • Run schedules at any time of day • Don’t have to wait for results to be returned • Can easily become part of the underwriting process • Run all schedules for risk factors of concern • Run renewals on a regular basis • Look at books you are considering purchasing

About RiskMeter Online Batch • Companies can run batches themselves remotely • No software to install • Upload the file • Results are returned via email • No human intervention required by CDS • All standard RiskMeter Online reports are available; multiple reports can be run at once • You must request this feature, and have another account set up • The reports available can be limited by you

  5. Running the Program • Input file must be tab delimited text (.txt) • Easily exported using MS Excel • Must use standard formatting • RecordID (unique id) • Street • City • State • Zip • Plus4 (leave blank if you don’t have it, but put in column name) • Formatting matters • Clean up addresses

RiskMeter Online Batch Results • Results are returned as an XML document • Easily imported into Excel (formatting works great!) • Your records will be returned with additional columns (the results) • The RecordID is used to merge results with your data • There will be some extra columns • Easy to do analysis
