E-Invoice is the system under which the taxpayer is required to register the GST E-Invoice on the challan registration portal i.e. IRP. IRP will issue a unique invoice registration number ie IRN for each challan. IRP will give details of such challan on GST portal and e-way bill portal on real time basis. Thus, it will make the compliance process easier for the taxpayer. Taxpayers can use the invoice details to file returns on the GST portal and generate Part-A of the e-way bill on the e-way bill.

In O2b customized Tax cloud module we have managed tax cloud transaction whenever a sales order and invoice is validated there is tax cloud entry made which will help retailer and wholesalers to comply with Sales tax laws for every address in US. Not only the invoices it also captures the refund on invoice. There can be a scenario where in there can multiple invoices and refunds, It also covers the multiple invoices and multiple refunds. If we cancel any invoice, then also there is a transaction triggered on tax cloud List of some scenarios to understand how it works: Scenario 1 1. When we confirm any SO there is a Lookup transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by SO number. 2. Delivered the product and then we validate the invoice there is an authorized and captured transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by invoice id. 3.Now we refund the invoice and there will new invoice id for draft refund Lookup transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by new refund invoice id 4. If we validate the draft refund no impact on tax cloud 5. Once we register payment for the validate refund invoice there is a return transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by Original invoice id Whenever there is return transaction created in tax cloud it will be searched by original invoice id and it can be identified by the return symbol. Scenario 2 1. When we confirm any SO there is a Lookup transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by SO number. 2. Delivered the product and created invoice there is an authorized and captured transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by Original invoice id. 3. Then we returned the product and created return invoice from SO 4. Once we register payment for the validated refund invoice there is a return transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by Original invoice id Whenever there is return transaction created in tax cloud it will be searched by original invoice id and it can be identified by the return symbol Scenario 3 1. When we confirm any SO there is a Lookup transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by SO number. 2. When we validate the invoice there is an authorized and captured transaction created in Tax cloud which can be searched by invoice id for eg : 1138 3. User Cancels the invoice. Tax Cloud updated with the return 4. User Presses the 'Reset to Draft' button and then validate the invoice then Tax cloud is sent new invoice id of 1138-1
