Chart the Parts Materials • Scisssors • Glue Sticks • Paper Shapes (3-4 per student) • Recording Sheets (6 per group)
Chart the Parts Each person in the group will choose a shape. You will need 4 copies of the shape you choose.
Chart the Parts • Paste an uncut shape in the top left corner of the large white paper. • Fold one of the shapes in any direction – horizontally, vertically, diagonally. • Cut on the fold line to make two other shapes. • Paste the two new shapes under the first. Repeat with the other two shapes.
