My Goal for 2021 • To join the work force after graduation • To have a nice apartment, and have a dog • Return to school to receive an MBA that is paid for by the company I am working for • To have worked for the Walt Disney Company as an Industrial Engineer • Climb the ranks as an Industrial Engineer, or move to upper level management for the Company

  3. TeamBuilding • Disney values diversity • EPCOT, College Program, etc • Studied and maintained my grades • Gotten involved on campus • Boiler Gold Rush • Delta Chi • Purdue Dance Marathon • Learn how to work with different leadership styles and network

  8. Results • Actively applying for a Disney internship when the opportunity arises. • Researched: Disney DOES pay for an MBA in certain circumstances. • Understand the culture of the company and their expectations
