PD Grants • All faculty are eligible including adjuncts. • Application includes purpose, METHODOLOGY, outcomes, EVALUATION, collaboration, budget, contributions, and dissemination of results. • Grants are ranked for scholarship, feasibility and proposed benefit to VCCS, students, and college • VCCS identified areas of critical needs are funded first.

Tips for Success • For PD Grants, only identify your college or yourself on the cover page. • Complete all fields on the application. • Clearly state your purpose, methodology, budget, and outcomes. • Work with College office of Institutional Effectiveness to develop a robust evaluation plan. • Submit only one PD and one Mini-Grant application per semester.

  10. Grant Awards • You’ll receive email notification and instructions to contact your college business office for transfer of funds. • Submit a final report by the deadline. • VCCS grant-funded projects are property of VCCS.
