INVESTMENT PROJECTSWHICH ARE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTING The Svitlovodsk river terminal with the total capacity of single storage of grain about 94 000 t and shipment on water transport 5 000 t per day which is implemented by the group of companies "UKRAGROCOM" and "HERMES-TRADING" The plant for production of fuel pellets from straw with the total capacity of 40 thousand t per year, CREATIVE-AGRO LLC The oil extraction plant with the total capacity of 180 thousand t per year, HRADOLIA LLC

INVESTMENT PROPOSAL Industrial park“Kanatovo” It is planned to create the modern complex of engineering prepared land plots and industrial, storage and administrative facilities which are situated there, on the base of the former military town Kanatovo by the “BROWNFIELD” principle. It is planned to place the solar electric plant at the 200 ha of the adjacent territory. The city of Kyiv - 287 km The city of Znamenka- 30 km The city of Dnepropetrovsk- 236 km The city of Kirovograd- 10 km

  16. ENGINEERING INFRASTRUCTURE Electric power supply: The power of transformer substations is 35/10/0,4 kW. There are 4 transformer substations. The length: cable network of 10 kW - 20,87 km; cable network of 0,4 kW - 37,8 km; air network of 0,4 kW - 10,0 km. Water supply: Water supply is implemented by the plumbing Dnipro-Kirovohrad. The length of the internal water network is 20 km (needs repair). Gas supply: There is a possibility to connect to the network of the Kirovogradgaz Public JSC: before 100 m3 per hour – 1 km; above100 m3 per hour - 6 km.

  17. ARGUMENTS IN FAVOR OF INVESTING IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK "KANATOVO"

INVESTMENTOBJECT Regional municipalproduction enterprise "Dnipro - Kirovohrad" It provides lifting, cleaning and supply of water to the population more than 500 thousand people, 4 cities of regional value and 60 settlements at the distance 120 km with the capacity of 70,6 thousand m 3 per day. It also provides cleaning and disinfection of wastewaters with the capacity of 51,4 thousand m 3per day. Total project cost accounts 7 mln dollars. Implementation period lasts from 2013 year till 2016 year.

MAIN INVESTMENT STEPS Reconstructionof the block of pollution control facilities of the regional water supply system “Dnipro-Kirovohrad” Reconstructionof the chlorinator roomwith the total capacity of 100 kg of chlorine per hour Reconstructionof the water supply system using energy-saving technologies in the Znamenka city Overhaul of the building of sieve department of pollution control facilities in the Kirovohrad city Reconstructionof the transportation system of sewage to the draining pollution control facilities in the Znamenka city Installation of automated control system and despatchingof working system of sewage pumping stations АCSSB-12 in the Svitlovodsk city Heat recovery of sewage at the MSPS at the Kropyvnyzkyi Street, 185in the Kirovohrad city Installing the automated system with frequency control at the main sewage pumping station (constant discharge of sewage to the pollution control facilities) at the Kropyvnyzkyi Street, 185in the Kirovohrad city
