Assisting Faculty Steve Pantell from Meritt College compares the development of a course outline to constructing a résumé. The reader won’t infer what you don’t list. Be specific; give examples. Use key words that readers will be looking for. Sell the course as you would sell yourself in a résumé. Try to read the document for what might be missing or unclear.
