  2. Background • 500 workers rank and file employees means to be less oriented / to what had happened during the negotiation with the management.

  3. Target Group and Parties involved • The rank and file comprises of bargaining union • The education committee consist of their members who will do the task of orienting and educating the members. • Other union officers will help managing the on- going orientation

  4. Objectives • At the end of this project the following result will be achieved. • a) Disseminating information regarding orientation of CBA • b) Workers could participate active on the on-going activities with the union • c) Know the rights being a Union members

  5. Activities • Four months orientation • Twice a week • In our companies ( 3 department) • Resource person • Allowance to the workers • Food and Refreshment served ( included)
