  1. Intercessions Teacher: In joy and thanksgiving we offer our prayers together today. Reader 3: We pray for our Pope, our bishop, priests and religious: that they may always serve the Church with love, mercy and compassion. All: Lord, in your mercy hear our prayer.

  2. Intercessions………………. Reader 4: We pray for all the leaders of nations: that they may renew their efforts to bring peace and fairness to the world, especially in Syria, Afghanistan and the African countries. All: Lord, in your mercy hear our prayer.

  3. Intercessions………………. Reader 5: We pray for our parish, family, teachers and friends: that we may always spread joy and love to others and never lose hope. All: Lord, in your mercy hear our prayer.

  4. Intercessions………………. Reader 6: We pray for religious vocations: that more young men and women will respond to God’s call in priestly and religious life. All: Lord, in your mercy hear us.

  5. Intercessions………………. Reader 7: We pray for all students: that we may be filled with hope for the future and inspired to work together to make their dreams a reality. All: Lord, in your mercy hear us. [In silence, let us offer our own personal intentions…]
