Background In Taiwan, SME plays an important role in economic development. Taiwan's business industry about 97.63% is consisted of SMEs.
Scope Participant-observation from now 10/26 2012 to 2/18 2013. Interview my uncle (SME) about his strategies. Interview my mother who is an accountant. Interview 3~4 employees individually
