Child’s Name Here: From: Your Name and Phone No: Regrets: Children are asked to go barefoot in the playroom and should dress accordingly In Templeogue, at the Spawell Leisure Centre, off Exit 11 at the M50. For on-line directions, go to GoogleMaps and type in “Gymboree Spawell” • Notes: • You may choose to type in the name of each guest and then print these out one at a time, or simply print out all you invitations and the handwrite in your guests names at the end. • Depending on your preference, you may want to change “Regrets” to “RSVP” on the template 493 8829 playandmusic.ie
