  2. Click on Mahindra eFSR logo on your mibilend get started Select Language of your convenience. TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  3. Log in by using your unique user name and pass word. TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  4. Select eFSR Fill in the site ID and click ‘Go’. TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  5. Verify site details and take site photograph Fill-in the engine serial number if found incorrect. TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  6. Fill in the Complaint Number, DG and PIU hour meter readings Click on the applicable radio button and proceed with activity TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  7. Click on the applicable radio button/ fill readings and proceed with activity TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  8. Click on the applicable radio button/ fill readings and proceed with activity TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  9. Click on the applicable radio button and proceed with activity TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  13. Write customer representative’s name and mobile number. Click on the applicable radio button and proceed with activity TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  14. Take picture of customer representative, Fill remarks Fill your own details and obtain signatures of customer representative. TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  15. Capture any other important event and Save or Submit Wait till the document gets submitted TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  16. After Submission Response Message TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  17. View Offline EFSR Record. TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  18. View Offline EFSR Record. TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM

  19. Reset . TAKE PICTURES WHEREVER GUIDED BY THE SYSTEM
